Refund Policy

At Kiyaanix Technologies LLP, we believe in transparency and fairness when it comes to our services, including our refund policy. While we strive to provide exceptional services, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is requested. Our approach to refunds is based on reasonable and equitable considerations.

Scope of Coverage

This Refund Policy governs the refund process at Kiyaanix Technologies LLP. It does not extend to the practices of third-party companies or individuals who are not directly affiliated with Kiyaanix Technologies LLP.

Eligibility for Refunds

We approach refund requests with a focus on finding the best possible solution for our clients. Refunds are considered in the following situations:

  • Project Not Initiated: If we haven’t commenced any development or post-sales work on your project, and you request a refund, we may issue a refund.
  • Unresolvable Issues: If your project encounters challenges that are beyond the scope of resolution or rectification, and a refund is deemed appropriate, we will consider it.

Please note that our approach to refunds is based on the soundness and validity of the case and the fulfillment of the conditions below:

  • Compliance with Payment Terms: Refunds are not granted if you have violated our payment terms.
  • Non-Exploitation of Information: You must not have used any information gained during our collaboration for monetary or business gains.
  • Valid and Rational Reasons: Refund requests should be based on valid, rational, and realistic grounds.
  • Demonstrated Expertise: If you claim a refund, you should be able to demonstrate your expertise in UI design and development and understand what makes an application engaging.
  • Providing Evidence: You are required to present all relevant proofs and evidence supporting your refund claim.
  • Non-Billing Dispute: The refund claim should not be related to a billing dispute with your bank or payment vendor.

Note: If any of the conditions mentioned above are violated, the refund claim will not be approved. Our decision on refunds is final and cannot be reversed.

Refund Process
1. Pre-Refund
  • Your refund request is carefully processed, analyzed, and verified.
  • We assess your request against predefined parameters and reference points.
  • Refunds are arranged in situations where they are permissible, and they may be settled either in full or in part, as appropriate.
2. Post-Refund
  • Upon approval of your refund request, a proof agreement is signed.
3. Transaction
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after the refund agreement is signed.
  • You will be refunded in the currency you were originally charged in. Please note that if this is not your native currency, your bank may impose exchange fees or differences in exchange rates may affect the final refunded amount compared to your original payment (in your native currency). Any associated fees or losses are your responsibility.
